A spectacular wine to pair with Peking Duck. The nose was still ripe showing lots of blue and black fruits along with a touch of smoke. The palate opened with big, bright, fresh acidity along with juicy fruits, forest floor, baking spice and just a hint of spicy oak. This wine is in a glorious spot with a couple more years to go.

Perfect date night wine!!! Complex elegant pinot. Red & black fruit aromas with a spice background. Soft and round mid-palate from patient aging. Very long delicious finish. Bravo!!!! Excellent compliment to the New Zealand rack of lamb at Louie's Bistro. Thanks Anne. 😎🍷
