Ink black color. Iron & game. Blackberries. Full-bodies but not heavy. No obvious oak. Pure. Shiraz. Brilliance.

Keepin' it Kosher

Ok. Reality check. This is seriously good. Bright, crunchy and floral.

Bright purple fruit. Pine. Chalk. All natural kosher oz

Deep purple. Plum, hint of blood, twisters, plum, prunes, blueberry. Medium acidity, medium sugar, medium alcohol

Old world style Shiraz. Aromatic nose of olives, oregano, dark fruits, blueberries, tobacco, bacon. Inky and rich, full bodied on the palate but well- balanced. Think slightly fruitier northern Rhone wine. Awesome.

I made us drink so many Australian wines today 🙊
