The descriptions notes, "Farmed organically, wild yeast ferment, minimal fining and filtration to preserve the richness and aromatics of the wine."... Which is all well and good unless you oak the heck out of it can then can't actually taste any of that care given in the vineyards. Really remind me of liquid smoke.

Not a bad wine, but lacking much Pinot character. Freshly opened, it exhibited an odd spiciness on the palette that mostly faded with 30 minutes in the glass. Can think of many better wines to drink at this price.
