Open loose knit but very good. Recommended pairing: single raw scallop caught from the F/V Anna-Marie off Manomet and shucked by a man with one leg.

A rich but classic style of CA Chardonnay. Still fresh and very very hard to guess it was 10 years old.

A wonderful California Chardonnay. Balanced, neither over Oaked or over extracted. Great with food because of its laser like focus. Perfect with fresh halibut.

Just found a nice go to Chard. Not quite Aubert or Peter Michael, but very decent. This 2005 was pure butter.
