Interesting story. Put this in the freezer Saturday night for an after party bottle and promptly forgot it until the next day. I put it in the fridge bc of course the cork popped and it was a slushee. It thawed out today and I am enjoying a very nice wine. I think the freezing perhaps accelerated the aging a bit but it still amazingly tastes as it should. Nice Chard. Drinking young but it’s a fighter!
