Popped and poured; enjoyed as we prepped for dinner. The 2024 pours a pale straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with insane white florals, slightly underripe Bosc pear, stone fruits, lemon peel, and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and the texture is soft, silky and mineral driven. Really compelling stuff. Drink now through 2034? Thanks for the assist @Lyle Fass

Needs a 45 minute decant to open.
Nose: intense white flowers. A quiet density as it opens. Powdered minerals. A perfect perfume. As it opens more density and some richness. With more air this approaches perfection. Everything integrates and becomes gorgeous.
Palate: mineral. Perfect balance. Elegant acidity. Perfect lemon fruit. A cross between sweet and normal. Not sweet though.
30 minutes in, this has like this savory tang. This lovely umami. Like how preserve lemon rind has a depth to it that exceeds a lemon.
Long finish.
