Very herbal with thyme, celery and grapefruit.

Lovely nose, with almost a Gewürztraminer-like touch of spice

Freaky Franken Scheurebe! Deliciously tart and lively, and comes packaged in a bottle that makes it look a lot like a bottle of mouthwash.

My first taste of a vintage Riesling. Wonderful candied orange peel. A little bit of residual sugar coming off as a citrusy caramel. Wish I had tried with something super-spicy.

For Americans who think German whites are all sweet, this is a nice introduction to drier regional wines. We had it in Germany last summer and loved it. Citrus, acid, light, it's a great summer day wine.

Similar nose to a mosel Riesling

Rose & aloe. Initial fruit is fading, still lively acidity and good minerality.
