Bismark Mountain Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Really nice. Balanced and deep but not too dark or fruity. Would get again.

Smooth but lots of leather and Tabasco. Skip next time.

Smooth but a little one note like most Bismark. Doesn’t have the more tannic quality of the reserve line but always wonder what age would do.

Deep dark fruit. Always a little one note. Probably needs more time in the bottle.

Age does this wine good. Nice cab but a bit spicy and one note.

More fruit forward. Makes me feel like these wines need to age more than I’m willing to let them. Feel like others are better for the dollar but still a good pour.

A pleasant wine to drink, but not really memorable. Plum nose with hints of vanilla. Not very fruity. Soft tannins give smoothness, but the wine lacks structure. Finish dissipates very quickly.

Good. Deep flavors of currant and spices. Drank almost more with some zin qualities. Curious to see how this ages. Enjoyable now.
