Still standing on the property are the now-refurbished ranch house, barn, and the original water tower. Stone and tropical fruit aromas with spice and oak notes. On the palate apple and citrus flavors, with nutty oak tones. Lingering finish ending with mineral characteristics.

Yellow gold to the eye, golden on the palate. Nose reveals partial stainless as its lead by fruit and minerals. Golden Delicious apples, lychee, and even whisps of lemon are found. Palate is creamy and enveloping - orchestrated by a balanced effort of fruit, slate, mouthwatering acidity, and just enough oak.

Very clean mineral nose, showing tropical notes and just a hint of cream. Roughly 80% stainless steel and 20% new French oak, the fruit shines through... pineapple, guava, green apple all there. The touch of oak adds some lemon curd, very light baking spice and creaminess that round out the palate nicely.
