All with celebrating our engagement. Last of the two Chardonnays from Hand of Fate Wines. Love both areas just like Adriaan and Lara! Light golden yellow with a well rounded and balanced nose. A little toasty on the nose with creme, lemon curd and zest, provenance herbs, and white floral notes. Love the complexity and layers. Medium acidity (6/10) and medium to medium plus bodied. A nice amount of richness with notes of honeysuckle, oak, buttery, stone and citrus fruits but a bit zesty. Long and lingering finish with a bit of minerality. Drink till 2023.
