Fresh, vibrant, and crisp. Grassy and grapefruit-y nose and palate thanks to the Sauvignon Blanc, but the palate and mouthfeel are a little fuller and rounder thanks to the Chardonnay. Ideal for a summer salad.

Great gold color. Bright nose for a 9 year old, apple, vanilla, oak. Dry, tannins are very slim, rigid, but sour, citrus flavors.
