Just a little brett on the nose. Raspberry, plum and red licorice with a hint of hoisin and preserved apricot on the palate. Finish is savory with a bit of anise, more red licorice and some heat.

Fully and completely mature - never had this wine before but it had what I perceive to be tertiary aromas and flavors of a much older wine. Will seek out more to investigate btl variation.
