Like the 15’, the 17’ is very accessible at this young age, opens with mesmerizing nose of black plum, blueberry jam, cedar, cinnamon, dark chocolate, dark roasted coffee beans, and hint of violet. Rich and dense on the palate but silky smooth. Graphite and light herbal notes add to the flavor. Excellent depth and balance.

A bit of Hall Jack’s Masterpiece as we get ready to say good bye to 2021!! This is such a great wine, big, bold and delicious! Big fruit forward wine that is perfect to drink now but has subtle tennis that would gracefully age it for at least another dozen years!!
