A blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13%, aged for 23 months in French oak, is a deep Ruby with aromas of dark ripe fruit with sweet herbs, of floral and complex spices. The palate shows ripe blackberry and currants, cinnamon spice, sweet oak and cacao. Well integrated with fine soft tannins, the wine is complex yet enjoyable now and will age well for a number of years. Long ending with savory oak. Nice!
