May 31st, 2020Medium garnet color. Wonderful aromas of dark fruit, licorice, cocoa and cedar. Full bodied tastes of licorice, blackberries, and wild berries with a hint of wet stones. Silky smooth tannins. Nicely integrated wine. A great finish of licorice and fruit.

Lush cassis & blackberries cascade deep into the mid palate, love how finely integrated the tannins are with the fruit. How Napa cabs should be without all the doctoring that goes on these days.

A sweetness to the cab nose. Soft, less tannins than others, fruity, maybe plums, soft tartness too as a lingers. Slight chew.

Its a nice bottle, full bodied & fragrant, but at Release of $185.00 & $160.00 with club membership just a bit overpriced. I’d rather have less marketing & brochures to cut cost of the wines.
