Wild ferment Gruner also barrel fermented too. This wine shows exceptional class and finesse. Caramalised orange-peel, roasted pineapple, creamy apricots and butterscotch aromas. The palate shows stonefruit and grapefruit with almost a creamy acidity. Beautiful length and flavour intensity
