Beautiful California Sauvignon Blanc. Lean with notes of tropical fruit and wet stones. Great acidity and texture.

An unfamiliar note in the nose combined with appropriate Gruner green aromas leads to mouth feel and flavors that are spot on

Again this winery is heavy weight lifting, the s/b is chard weight, while I was prepared this time w/ Mac & cheese, still I need more mineral and more in general to justify $30/ Lemon chiffon, glossy, it does do acid but balance not on a scales of justice way, they tip and that's a problem, put this heifer on a diet.
