Jonagold apple and crisp bosc pear upfront, woolly waxy party in the back. Acidity lights me up like those big, primary color Christmas string lights from the 70s. Ya know, with the orange and blue and shit? Soft, fizzy petillant bubbles drive home a rock-licking finish. Classiest, most delicious traditional pet-nat in Cali? I think so. 🥳🍐🪨
