Rather tasty little beast!

Fresh and salty and orange cream. Perfect to start out our 4th anniversary celebration!

Unctuous salinity, waxy tree fruit, sea air and spices. Taut acidity, surprising. Bone dry finish. Excellent Fino.

Very pale. Weighty, viscous. Richly textured fino with a bit less zip than the Lustau Jarana.

So good with Cinnamon's gazpacho, stuffed peppers and homegrown padron peppers! Getting fired up for paella... But thrilled with salty Puerto-Fino goodness now!

Quite substantial weight and powerful. Good, just maybe not as elegant as I'd hoped. A bit brutish for my taste.
