I love me a Grüner Veltliner hence why it was in the latest #thetcwineclub monthly subscription box. This Adelaide Hills 'Wild Grüner' from Guthrie also has one heck of an awesome label - it illustrates the wine making process.
It's a pale lemon yellow colour on the eye with stewed orchard fruits, citrus and florals coming through on the nose. The palate is rather lush with plentiful flavour and oomph - apple crumble with a dollop of whipped cream 😘 An insanely beautiful match with our homemade pad Thai.
