Super mineral nose. Wow. Deep and finely etched minerals. No fruit. Salty. Apricot, peach and white cherry. Honey? Complexity. Unbelievable finesse and crazy acidity and superb minerality. Really long finish. Tons of complexity and a GG like character. Inner mouth aromas. Salty and harmonious. Lovely. Stunning. What a value here. Superb baby GG.

Nose is delightful, refined and very classy. Stony. Mineral. Confectionary. Airy and expansive. Salty as well. Really nice depth here. Wow what a a chewy delight. Textured, some peach and apple fruit, light spice and almost a tannic impression on the finish. Wow, what texture, grip and concentration here. Juicy and so so mineral. Compact and so much structure. Just terrific. Amazing clarity here. Brilliant stuff. Showing better than the baby GG’s today and I think this is a level below. Just a superb wine.

I am happy as a clam! Racy and minerally. I wish we could do this sort of mineral in the US.

Laser sharp, super precise

So f*ing good! Mineral with a looong finish. So refreshing

Nose shows fruity, nutty, petrol. Macadamia nuts. High acidity on the palette, poached pear. Ginger. Lovely with SE Asian food.

Lovely bouquet of minerals, candied citrus and white flowers.
On the palate just a tad sharp and indiscriminate, but otherwise very enjoyable.

Opened this yesterday evening. Now its's still nervous and full of tension, melon, kiwi, lemoncandy, bright clear refreshing mineral finish. Fairly long, pretty tasty!
Trocken.

Young, zippy, nervous, lemon, green apple, wet stones, trocken and refreshing. Good.

Light yellow in color, smells of apple, yellow plum, medium acidity, with taste of grapefruit and green tea, the finish is medium to long with a herbal bitterness undertone.
