To finish off after the Grand Cru Tasting one of my favourite Wine styles - Mencia from Ribeira Sacra In Spain. Very savoury yet full bodied. Very easy to like. Bottle disappears quickly.

Complex and supple. Violets, tobacco, concentrated fruit. Lovely freshness and a slight green character, like a sassy version of Beaujolais GC
