Really enjoyed this wine and a great value (<$15). Lots of dark fruit up front, jammy and dry heavy tannins at the end. Had with Moroccan harissa chicken. Would go with any food or on its own.

Tried this once without food and it didn't quite jive. Lusciously dark, I can feel my teeth staining. A little chewy, black cherry, warm spice, assertive (but not aggressive) tannin. Paired well with an excellent smash burger.
