Such delightful stuff! Pineapple, alfalfa, lemon, great acidity... My better half says it reminds him of retsina, which cracks me up, but I can kind of see why his brain goes there. It's super interesting stuff. I don't drink it and go yum, I go "wow" and keep trying out of pure interest and secondarily because I like it.

Grassy nose w/ some light honeysuckle. Bright w/ good acidity. A rounder version of SB with a great mix of classic grapefruit & gooseberry flavors accented by a whisper of honey from the new French oak.
100% Klipsun vineyard on Red Mountain, this is a warm site & it takes excellent farming & winemaking to pull off an elegant wine like this .
