Blanc de Blancs New Mexico Chardonnay

Dependably quite nice! Killer price point to boot. A much better use of NM than bomb development (understatement)

Semi dry, delicious. A celebration of 25 years for the winery. Buttercup yellow

Yellow apple, pie crust, honeysuckle and creamy mousse. Well balanced with nice acidity, great for the under $20 price point.

Traditional yeastiness. Delivers for pricepoint.

Gruet Blanc de Blancs 2010 - past it's prime. Not bad, just not very expressive. Hints of green apple, but shadows of their former selves. Normally a good budget focused sparkler, I wouldn't count out the producer!

I’m a big Gruet fan (#QPR) , and this wine is my favorite of theirs I’ve had. @Ryan Vento pointed out tonight he prefers the Blanc de Noirs over this because of the prominent green apple notes in this one, but it’s exactly why I love it!

As good, if not better, than many Champagne bottlings at twice the cost. Awesome stuff for this price point.

Clean and refreshing, really hits the spot! Lacks depth but great price.

I had the 2012 vintage. Toasty like Champagne. Crisp and nice frothy mouth feel. Yeah Gruet.
