Full bodied Cab. Vivid tannins of cherries and blackberries. Heavy oak. One could almost taste licorice. Notes of chocolate and almost spruce. Needs a lot of time to breathe. Not bad.

Drinks like a $25 bottle. Balanced and smooth cab with hints of licorice and ripe red fruit. Nice mouthfeel with a clean finish. A great value to keep onhand for red meat night or drink on the porch. We had it with grilled bison fillets, creamed spinach and basil pesto gnocchi.
