1hr plus decant and needed a lot more. Medium purple color. Awesome nose of graphite and dark cherries. Wine was extremely tannic and took hours to mellow. Cherries dominated the palate but the wine lacked depth and character. Medium finish. Pretty much as expected. — a month ago

Lemon on the nose. Fuzzy... Mineral too... Honeydew... On the palate, more lemon and stones... Really, really lightweight... Took us a while to get into this one after starting with a higher bodied wine this afternoon... Really though, this is quite pleasant... Going back to the nose, a honeysuckle is now evident... Faint orange blossom too... I really like it. — 2 days ago

My first Tate. Enjoying the weight and the right amount of oak. 14.2% abv appears a bit higher than previous vintages. Give it time to open / this is the 2019. With air it really unveiled a lot more complexity than at first. — 2 days ago
