Seemed big on the alcohol for 14.5% to start but mellowed out nicely as time went on. I only bought one bottle to try because of the winemaker background and am sorry I didn’t get more. Oh well…always something else new on the horizon.

v16. Very good! Soft fresh cut cedar nose. Juicy, black currant, blackberry and cassis fruit. Bright, smooth, slightly chalky pepper and mocha finish. Nicely balanced.

Nice wine paired great with NY Strip. Juicy and round, mellow tannins. Drinking really well right now.
