Nice, surprisingly mineral Sauvignon blanc from napa. I really liked it.

Bright minerals and gooseberry

Tart apple, grapefruit, limestone and hints of stone fruit & butterscotch. Good acidity and minerality.

Definitely not a NZ Sauv Blanc. Leaning toward the full bodied side with higher alcohol at 14.2. No Gewurtztraminer on the menu so best pairing for the Spicy Asian Shrimp.

Sharp. Acidic. Great pairing with the salad we enjoyed with it.

Beautiful Citrus overtones with nice acidity and subtle minerality.
Drinks well worth meal as well as by itself.
