Pale garnet, some bricking already. Overwhelmingly volatile and Bretty at first but comes together beautifully with air. Really remarkable transformation. Sour cherry, rhubarb, roses, ruby red grapefruit, herbal/vegetal notes, bitter slightly oxidative finish. Tart, sweet raspberry and floral tones increasingly predominated as the evening went on. Almost gave up on this one but I really enjoyed it—a reminder that some wines can really rebound if given a chance to breathe!

Thin, pale orangish-ruby in color. Sour cherry, moss, & black tea. Needs more gumption.
