In a deeper and darker register then I was expecting from this producer but I don’t think over tried the fumin before. Earthy, saline, dark berries, cassis, licorice, low to medium acid

Well that might the best $24 I spent. Couldn’t pass up a late vintage release.

Really nice fumin. Black cherry, blackberry, wild raspberry, licorice. Lovely salinity and balanced acidity. Some earth and a bit of funk that are somewhat typical of this Region’s reds

Lean and mean.

Dried black cherries, campfire smoke, red currants, long finish

Beautiful nose of berries and earth.

Dead ringer on the nose for northern Rhone Syrah - smoke, wild berries, freshness, perhaps a little higher toned than the Rhone. Great freshness, acid, and dark berry fruit on the palate. Should continue to improve over next 5 years.

Earth, dark black fruit, and some slight funk. Medium bodied with lovely acidity. A great food wine
