Surprise! First glass was nasty & I considered throwing it out, but after breathing/oxidizing overnight in fridge, it was terrific. The nose is all apples, the taste fruity with a touch of malt. Delicious, but let it breathe

Lots of zip; sensation in the mouth is one of citrus pith, melon rinds and orchard fruit peel rather than ripeness or fleshiness. Refreshing and mineral. Impressive first effort!

Nose is pink grapefruit, honeysuckle, crushed granite, melon rinds. Palate - lemon peel, fresh cut grass, rock candy, lychee. Bravo Pitt!
