Had some if this left over after a tasting at my shop. Fruitier than I expected with honey and apricot aromas and flavors, along with orange and lemon. But as it lingers on the palate the lees aging comes out a bit more with toasty flavors of bread and dough. Bitter finish, medium length. Quite decent.
