Jul 28th, 2019We tried a couple of vintages of cab here, but the 2009, a full ten years after the vintage really brought to focus what appears to be the house style. There was a chewiness to the tannins at this stage. The fruit seemed to still have a great deal of life to it as well.

Had for our family Xmas dinner w buffalo steak, lamb, crab and shrimp. All agreed was yum !!!
