Took 3 hours. Tannins galore. Time is on its side.

100% Cab Sauv, 20 months in French oak. I smell alcohol, red berries, tart cherry, iron, cranberry pie, blackberry, blueberry, med+ acidity, elevated fine grained tannins. Oak spices. Long concentrated finish.

Excellent full bodied cab. Rip mike grgich

Bold and fruity. This will be great in few years. Plums pomegranate and walnuts

cocoa, tobacco, and dried herbs over elderberry and graphite

Saturday night is alright.

Lovely wine. Enjoyed this for my Thirsty Thursday social distancing Zoom call with friends. Decanted for about 3 hours. Rich full body and well balanced wine. Dark cherries with a hint of cocoa. Lengthy finish. Mild tannins. Drinking well now but could improve in a couple years.

Holiday wines continue. Dark cherries. Smooth evenly balanced Cab. Nice finish.
