Very reminiscent of a limestone chablis. Nose is loaded with lemongrass and peach pit. Balanced acidity with melon flesh on the pallet. Wonderful for a warm summer afternoon with creamed corn and grilled veggies.

2019 Vintage. Not your typical NZ SB. Match stick, flinty reductive nose. Lemon, lime, grapefruit. Great weight, viscosity backed by firm acidity. Great stuff
