Very pale, near water color. Inviting nose of roses and yellow fruit. Surprisingly big (medium-bodied) palate is belied by the color and yields grilled pineapple, underripe peach, and caramel green apple. Medium acidity from entry to finish. A grey Greek variety that makes a nice, food-friendly alternative to Pinot Grigio. Greek fare (of course) and heavier seafood (swordfish, yellowfin, scallops) are natural pairs. Drink now.

Solid Greek white. Not too sweet. Good with poultry and light seafood.
