I truly appreciate a skillfully curated wine list at an upscale Indian restaurant. This #stellenbosch #chardonnay paired beautifully with most of our dishes, ordered medium or less spice level. Lemony apple aromas, some toasty notes. The 20% new French oak is incredibly well integrated and there’s plenty of acidity, minerality and texture on the palate.
