Terrific wine. Blind, I would probably have guessed Vire-Clesse from the nose. Nose is fresh and has hay, orchard fruit, cold butter, and wet limestoney minerality. Such pure fruit in the mouth, and less body than the nose suggests. Easy and fun to sip this while dinner cooks.

Found a new wine I like. Very crisp, high acidity, with a green pepper kick. Reminiscent of a New Zealand sauv.

Tremendously pleasing to sip. Lovely mineral/sweetness balance to remain neutral on the pallet. Not overly sweet whatsoever.
Lemon, pretty green apple, pear and light floral notes.
