Wow. Very surprised how delicious this is. Fragrant nose has beautiful pear/quince fruit, a gentle stony minerality, and yellow flowers. Round, mouthfilling, soft, balanced. Good concentration and length. Really well done and super fresh for a 6 year old Soave.

May 2nd, 2020Loved this Soave. Softly balanced, yellow apple, hint of almond. Medium acidity. Enough weight (13% abv) to hold up to ravolini and prosciutto with cherry tomato sauce.
