2007 vintage.
From Priorato, Catalunya, Spain.
Grown organically in slate rich, Licorella soil.
A blend of Carignan/Mazuelo , Garnacha, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Black fruit, liquorice and minerals on the nose.
This is Priorato so it’s all about graphite, minerals, dark raspberries and plums.
This wine has aged beautifully. Tannins have precipitated and softened with a good amount of sediment.

Very Powerful! Carignan & Grenache, cold-maceration, fermentation only in oak Barrels. Velvet, Mineral notes, Graphite, toasty to quite smoky. Long and complex, very intense oak.
Dazu: Noir de Bigorre, gegrillt und geräuchert in Orangenholz / Arequiba „wilde“ Oliven / Mandel-Knoblauch-Milch / Karamellisierter Fenchel - Paprika-Rauchmandel / geschmorte Zwiebel Priorat
