Out-of-state grapes on a Texas label wine, gift bottle from a touristy vineyard and fashionable wine name - all the elements were here for total disappointment. Maybe that is why I was pleasantly surprised after this wine was opened a day in the wine fridge at cellar temp. First day the vanilla from oak aging was profane, but the next day that greatly faded and you have an overall nicely balanced Tuscan blend.
