Like the Bordelaise themselves, this wine is bitter at first and occasionally even sighs aloud at your less-than-perfect French accent. However, after a glass or two, it mellows and becomes enjoyable. It's no St. Emilion or Haut-Médoc, but it's still a Bordeaux.
