Apr 23rd, 2019Dark red, dryer and more acidic than Bosco, but mellow. Definite vanilla overtones. A humble counter to my grandmother refusing to speak English with the waiter and general attitude in Italian restaurants. Maybe just a bit too bold for the panini and minestrone.
