Gran Moraine takes its name from cataclysmic floods that occurred in the northern Willamette Valley of Oregon during the last ice age. Aromas of stone and citrus fruits, barrel fermented, 10% new oak. On the palate crisp apple, lime and a kiss of peach. Great balance and mouthfeel with perfect acidity, lingering ending with a touch of oak on generous minerality. A must try from OR.

Apple, Meyer lemon, touch of oaky vanilla, honey. Racing acidity and balance. Like a slightly richer Chassagne.

Great balance and weight. Has some nice complexity while being very drinkable. Would have fooled me for old world.
