Amazing!! I have never tried a Gewürztraminer quite like this before. A wonderful introduction to an Ice wine from Spain! The beads were delicate, w a silk like smooth and fine effervescences complimenting the wine. Its expression of delicate white petals, rose, subtle ripe apricot and white peach. Finishing w a fresh acidity from the classic green granny smith apple. #wineporn
