Earthy nose of blueberries, cherries, chocolates, smoke, licorice, oak, vanilla, cherries, raspberries, earth, forest floor, smoke, green pepper and peppercorn.
Full bodied with medium acidity and long legs.
Bone dry on the palate with blackberries, black currants, plums, cherries, oak, vanilla, licorice, earth, forest floor, chocolates, tobacco, bell pepper and peppercorn.
Medium plus on the finish with firm tannins and black pepper.
A Nice Cabernet from South Africa. Earthy, and needs food to accompany it. Still young and needs a few years in the bottle to mature, but already enjoyable. I had this vintage a year ago and still no change. I'll try again in a year...
14% alcohol by volume.

Dry on the palate with cherries, tobacco, strawberries, red currants, Wood, vanilla, cloves and peppercorn.
Medium bodied.
Medium finish with green tannins.
This Cabernet from South Africa is still young, but already featuring nice qualities. Enjoy it now or in 3 to 6 years.
