NV. Nose is filled with bright fruit, stoniness, and light marzipan notes. Bright, clean texture, with a zippy yet slightly strangely sour note that doesn't totally distract from the wine's good acidity. Lightly bitter as it warms up. Not bad, valiantly nature for an Ay Champagne - interested in trying more of their wines.
