It was a couple of years since now I didn't taste Gosset Grand Millésime Brut (2004); the champagne is really in great shape, only 70,000 bottles produced by a cuvée grapes selected from the Grand Cru vineyards in Ambonnay, Avenay, Aÿ, Louvois and Chigny-les-Roses (the Pinot Noir) and Avize, Cramant, Le-Mesnil, Trépail, Vertus (the Chardonnay).
Freshly acidic, vivid creamy texture from its whole bubbles, it stays citrusy in the middle and closes with a long, very pleasant crisp finish.. a sip from each other, merry xmas whistling: "I wish I had a river/I could skate away on.."
