Celebris Rosé Brut Champagne

Beautiful mousse, soft on the palate, micro-oxygenation, creamy, strawberries w/ cream, orange citrus blend-orange, blood orange, tangerine, cherries, some light blackberries, saline, soft chalkiness with a fine sharp edge, baguette crust, light dough, light yeastiness, sea fossils, limestone powder, spring flowers, fruit blossoms, pink roses, soft, round acidity, excellently knitted, well balanced, soft tension and beautiful wire to wire with a not overly polished finish that lasts 90 seconds.

Here we are with another rose. Difficult for me - this one is very good. The 2008 was a great year, but it is not as good as the 2004 Grande Annee rose

A pleasant strawberry lemon zest with a hint of peach. The oldest champagne house delivers good value always. This 2008 was bottled in 2021 and is barely slipping into a drinking window.

Pale salmon color.
Aromas of strawberry, brioche, hint of citrus.
Dry. Flavors of lemon, hint of strawberry, toast.
